The Tai Lue Sridonchai Group is a group of Tai Lue farmers who have come together to create income for their community. They cultivate and sell agricultural produce, including seasonal, fresh, and safe local vegetables and herbs, as well as processed foods made from agricultural produce such as bananas, jackfruit, chilies, and tomatoes (e.g., fried bananas, dried bananas, jackfruit jam, chili powder, fried chilies, and they are currently developing chili powder for sprinkling on rice and chili sauce).
